Electric Skillet

I have been wanting an electric skillet for a longtime now. With a family of six it seems like I never have a big enough frying service to make more than two grilled cheese sandwiches or more than two pancakes. This weekend while shopping I found a great sale on an electric skillet big enough to make at least 6 pancakes or grilled cheese sandwiches at a time. I was so excited to finally purchase one and start cooking with it. I plan to use it for way more things than just grilled cheese and pancakes though.
