Blisters

I can honestly say that I am one of the millions of people who want to be healthy however, like most people I unfortunately am not as dedicated as I should be or, shall I say as much as I want to be. As soon as spring arrives, I always rush out and purchase a new pair of running shoes, because once again I have decided that I will start walking and hopefully within a few short weeks I will have worked myself up into running. Unfortunately I usually end up with a couple of nice blisters on the heels of my feet.
