Beef Gravy

With the weather getting colder outside it has made me want to make a good home cooked meal, one that will warm up the house and make it smell good. I think I am going to make a gravy with steak tips and mashed potatoes. Cole will be happy, mashed potatoes are one of his favorite foods. If I have to say one good thing about winter and the cold weather it brings, it would be that it makes me want to cook good, yummy, simmer on the stove all day kind of meals. I hope it turns out as well as I remember from the last time I made this gravy.
