Washing Machine

I can't believe I am on my second year of this washing machine. The brand is Kenmore, it is one of their High Efficiency washing machines, and it is from sears. I have been married almost 14 years now and this is my third set. I have had so many different problems with the machines over the years that I took out the maintenance agreement with this set. Today they are coming for their annual inspection and cleaning of both the washer and dryer. My laundry is starting to really pile up as there is something wrong with my washing machine. I am hoping it's an easy fix, something like a blocked filter. We live in the country and I think the well water can be hard on everything.
