Diabetic Education

This morning at work I received a confirmation call from the Diabetic Education Clinic. They were calling to confirm my recheck appointment scheduled for tomorrow afternoon. I hope my blood sugar levels will be okay for them as I have tested high a few times. Hopefully I won't get to big of a scolding from them. I think my blood sugars will be okay with diet alone I just need to be more careful with the carbs that I eat. This can be really hard for me as I love to eat breads.
