Good Check Up

Today I had my recheck appointment with the dietitian and the diabetic educator. They were checking my blood sugars as I have gestational diabetes. I was a little worried about my numbers because I had a few readings that were higher than they should have been. Over all I think they were very happy with my numbers but warned me that I should watch my weight and eat the right things after my pregnancy to avoid having type II diabetes later in life.
